Mixed Vegetable Pakoda

Serves: 4-5
Ingredients:
White flour – 1½  tbsp.
Cronflour – 1/2 tbsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.(as per taste)
Pepper – 1/4 tsp.(as per taste)
Cabbage 100 gm. (chopped)
Cauliflower – 100 gm. (chopped)
Potatoes – 100 gm. (chopped)
Onion – 100 gm. (chopped)
Green chillies – 2-3 chopped (optional)
Panner – 100 gm.

Oil – For frying.
Mixed Vegetable Pakoda
Method:
Mix the white flour, cronflour, saltnpepper. Add 1-2  tbsp of water and make a thick batter. Add all the chopped vegetables (except paneer) and mix well to form a mixture of uniform consistency.
Heat oil for 30 seconds on a high flame. Lift one teaspoon full of mixture and top it with a piece of  paneer. slide this slowly into the oil. Deep fry till golden brown on both sides. Distribute hot with sauce.

Serves: 5-6
Ingredients:
Paneer – 500 gms
Cornflour – 3 tbsp.
White flour – ½ cup
Salt – approx 1½ -2 tsp.
Chaat masala – 1 tsp.
Oil – for frying
For Sauce
 Green chillies – 5-6
Garlic – 4 cloves
Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Oil – 1 tsp.
Cornflour – 2 tsp.
Salt – approx. 1 tsp.(as per taste)
Cludded Paneer
Method:
Grind the coriander leaves, chillies, garlic along with lemon juice and sugar. Heat oil in kadhai, add the mixture and cook for a few seconds. Mix the cornflour in 2 tbsp of water and grow thick. Allow it to cool.

Spread the sauce on one side of  the paneer pieces and top it with the other piece. Prepare batter by mixing the cornflour, white flour, salt and approximately 5-6 tbsp of water to make a batter and deep fry till reddish brown. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with tea.
